Through Her Lens Photography
Most couples don’t realize how quickly their wedding day disappears.
A packed timeline.
A camera constantly directing the moment.
Barely any time to slow down and actually take it all in.
Somewhere along the way, weddings started feeling more like productions than experiences.
Your wedding day deserves more than that.
Through Her Lens was created for couples who care more about how their wedding felt than how it looked.
Couples who would rather slow down, breathe it in, and actually experience the day they’ve been dreaming about.
Specializing in intimate weddings and elopements across Florida and beyond, Through Her Lens blends photography, cinematic videography, Super 8 film, 35mm photography, and modern content creation to preserve your wedding day exactly as it unfolds.
The quiet moments.
The big emotions.
The in-between pieces of the day that make it yours.
Nothing forced.
Nothing rushed.
Just your story, documented with intention.
"I am so thankful for Kaylee and her team for making my wedding day so special. They captured every single special moment so beautifully. From the second they got to work, they made my husband and I feel super comfortable and even like close friends. They made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world while reminding me this was MY special day! I truly feel like if Kaylee, Sofia and Anna weren’t there, my wedding day wouldn’t be the same."

When you work with me, you can expect a wedding day that feels calm, intentional, and fully yours.
Instead of stiff posing and constant direction, your day unfolds naturally while the moments that matter most are preserved as they happen.
Your story is documented across photography, cinematic video, Super 8 film, and 35mm photography, creating a layered and timeless record of your wedding day.
From planning guidance to timeline support and navigating lighting, locations, and unexpected moments, you’ll have someone by your side who knows how to keep the day flowing while you stay present in it.
Working together is simple.
It starts with reaching out and sharing a little about what you’re planning.
From there we’ll connect and talk through your vision, your timeline, and what matters most to you.
Once you're ready to move forward, your contract and retainer secure your date and the planning begins.
When your wedding day arrives, you get to stay present and experience every moment while it’s documented naturally and intentionally.
Hey It's Kaylee, Your Florida-Based Wedding Photographer & Filmmaker
It's me the heart behind Through Her Lens Photography.
I’m not just here to document what your wedding looked like. My role is to preserve what it felt like.
Through Her Lens specializes in intimate weddings and elopements across Florida and destinations nationwide, blending photography, cinematic videography, Super 8 film, 35mm photography, and modern content creation to capture your story with depth and intention.
My approach is rooted in storytelling rather than staging. While we’ll absolutely create beautiful portraits together, the majority of your day is documented as it naturally unfolds, the laughter during cocktail hour, the quiet moments between you and your partner, the energy on the dance floor, and the small details that make your wedding uniquely yours.
When portraits are needed, I work quickly and intentionally so you can get back to what actually matters: celebrating with the people you love and experiencing the day you’ve spent months planning.
Most of the time, I’m stepping back and observing, capturing the real moments as they happen so that when you look back on your photos and films years from now, it feels less like looking at pictures and more like stepping back into the day itself.
Working with Through Her Lens means having someone by your side who cares just as much about the experience you’re having as the final images and films you’ll receive.
Someone who knows when to guide, when to step back, and how to preserve the moments that matter most.
Because your wedding deserves more than stiff poses and a rushed timeline. It deserves to be experienced.
Whether you're planning an intimate wedding surrounded by your closest people or exchanging vows somewhere wild and beautiful, your wedding day should feel effortless.
